2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on an Apple device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features:

• Weekly subscription: $7.99 per week
• Monthly subscription: $9.99 per month
• Annual subscription: $39.99 per year

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

To cancel a subscription, go to your Apple ID account settings. We do not process cancellations or refunds directly — all subscription management is handled by Apple.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify users of price changes in accordance with applicable law.

4. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. The free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before the trial expires. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and other intellectual property contained in or associated with the App and Website are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely effective at blocking all ads or trackers on all websites. The effectiveness of ad blocking may vary depending on website configurations, browser updates, and other factors outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Apple's ecosystem (App Store, StoreKit) and may use third-party filter lists for ad blocking. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party services. Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Changes to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.
